It's your big day. Allow Firefly Imageworks' professional photography and videography services capture it in just the right way. We offer four distinct tiers of service, making it a snap to figure out how much, or how little, service you need.

Photo Budget - $995 - Includes coverage from one professional photographer for up to six hours; including prep, ceremony, reception, and portraits. This differs from our other packages in that it includes no post-production editorial work. We show up, shoot, you receive an online gallery of the shots, and we go from there. Also includes a DVD of all shots in web-quality, perfect for keeping to remember the day as well as sharing with friends on Facebook, MySpace, and email.

Photo Basic - $1495 - Includes one professional photographer for up to six hours; including prep, ceremony, reception, and portraits. The shots (400+) will be uploaded to an online gallery for review where you can choose up to 200 for basic editing (luminance and color correction) and up to five for additional artistic editing in Adobe Photoshop. Also includes a disc of all shots in web-quality.

Photo Deluxe - $2295 - Includes two professional photographers for up to six hours; including prep, ceremony, reception, and portraits. The shots (800+) will be uploaded to an online gallery for review where you can choose up to 400 for basic editing (luminance and color correction) and up to ten for additional artistic editing in Adobe Photoshop. Includes a disc of all shots in web-quality, as well as a complimentary engagement portraiture session — a wonderful way to get to know the photographer and get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day, as well as get some great shots that benefit from a more relaxed atmosphere and a little more creative freedom.

Fully Treasured - $4495 - Includes everything listed in the above Photo Deluxe package, but upgrades the shots on the disc from web-quality versions to full-digital Masters image files with complete rights to print for personal use. The biggest addition however is the addition of video. With this package you'll also receive full video documentation of your big day — featuring interviews with members of the wedding party, integration of still photography, and all the care taken to edit it into a final DVD suitable to remember the day as well as share with loved ones. It additionally includes up to 10 DVD copies of the finished piece.

If our tier packages are close but still don't quite capture all you're wanting to do, feel free to customize them as you like with any of the options available below. We aim to be as flexible as possible so you can get exactly what you need for what you want to pay.

Engagement Portraiture Session - $300 - And engagement portraiture session is highly recommended for a number of reasons. Not only does it allow for the creative freedom to really allow your personalities to shine, but it's a great way for us to get to one another as well while learning how to be more comfortable in front of the camera if you don't consider yourself a natural.

High Resolution Digital Masters - $400 - You may decide you want to purchase the digital masters of your images for your own archiving and printing. You'll receive each original resolution image as a low-compression JPEG image (or optional TIFF or RAW as requested) all burned to DVD for personal use.

DVD Video Slideshow - $300 - A professionally created video slideshow, playable in any DVD player, of up to 200 of your favorite images, set to music. Makes a great gift! Includes three copies with additional copies available for $15 each.

Wedding Video Documentary - $2300 - Utilizing our professional videography services, have your special day filmed, with the resulting footage professionally edited into to create a full documentary-style film of your special day. Features interviews with the bride, groom, and wedding party, music implementation, integration of still photos (if available), and full professional editing for a final product you'll cherish.

Basic Videography - $700 - Interested in the videography but have no need for the frills of documentary style editing? We offer this as an option, which includes one videographer operating our professional grade Canon video camera. Afterward, we deliver the final footage on its original DV tape for you for personal use.

Overtime - $300/hr - After discussing how expansive your day will be, we can determine the correct number of hours that will allow us to fully capture the entirety of your day. If you feel that the six hours of included coverage is not sufficient, you can purchase additional time as needed.

We don't include photo prints in our photography packages. "Blasphemy!" you may declare, but we prefer to offer the flexibility of choosing what prints you want afterward based on the shots you actually get, as opposed to locking you into specific printing options beforehand. Crazy, we know. All this said, however, if you are still in need of a printing package to accompany our photography services beforehand, we can work together to work up a package custom fit for you.

A Custom Hardcover Photo Memory Albums presents a moden alternative for arranging and presenting your photographs. Instead of manually insterting your photographs, this allows us to professionally and neatly arrange your photos onto thick, glossy pages; fully utilizing Firefly's pinaché with graphic and print design to realize a book that fully captures your special day. These are great to keep on display in your home, or multiple copies can be ordered as gifts. The standard album is 20 pages (10 double-sided sheets), and will accomodate up to 100 photographs. Additional pages can be added up to a maximum of 100 pages (50 sheets).

8x8 album - $150 additional pages - $3 ea. additional copies - $70 ea.

8.5x11 album - $175 additional pages - $4 ea. additional copies - $75 ea.

12x12 album - $200 additional pages - $5 ea. additional copies - $80 ea.

Need a proof portfolio? Canvas Gallery Wrap? Invitations? Save the Date cards? Programs? Thank You cards? Custom Framing? We do it all, but the prices vary depending on what you want to do and how you want to do it. Be sure to ask us about anything your heart desires and we'll work up a custom quote for you based upon your unique project.

We're currently located just south of Richmond, VA in the city of Colonial Heights, and try our best to cover as wide a local area as possible without any additional costs for travel. That said, once you're in a car for 50+ miles, you start to realize you're not in Kansas anymore. When traveling beyond 50 miles, travel expenses are added to the overall photography bill. We'll work with you to keep these as low as possible - we just love sleeping on couches after all - but be sure to mention this so we can talk about applicable arrangements and costs.
